How can I modify or cancel my booking?
You can easily manage your booking via the ‘My booking’ link at the bottom of our website. For cancellations, please check the specific conditions of your rate; most of our direct bookings include flexible cancellation.
Do I have to pay in advance?
It is not necessary (except for bookings with ‘non-refundable’ characteristics). One of the advantages of booking on our official website is the ‘Pay at the Hotel’ option. You can secure your booking with no immediate charge and pay directly upon arrival.

Where exactly is the hotel located? What is nearby?
We are in an unbeatable location: at Avenida de los Almendros, 6, just a few metres from Poniente Beach, Benidorm’s old town, the marina and the nightlife area. Everything is within walking distance.
What is the Roof Terrace?
It is our rooftop terrace, one of the hotel’s most emblematic spaces. A perfect place to enjoy live music, DJ sets, drinks and spectacular views of the city and the sea. The ideal plan for your afternoons and evenings.
Is the hotel family-friendly? Does it have a mini club?
Yes, Hotel Voramar is perfect for families. We have a mini club to keep the little ones entertained, as well as family rooms and a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
